Reason 3 + Audio? HELP!!!

I use Reason 3 for my synth needs. I have Tracktion 1 as well, in addition to Audacity, and a few other assorted audio programs. I have read that ReWire can be used to add the audio component (I am working on some dark/industrial stuff and want to add vocals..) I'd like to add some scratch vocals to see if I like the lyrics.

So you see the conundrum. I can't figure out ReWire. I'm also running an older system (a Dell Inspiron 1100 P4 2Ghz w/ 384 megs RAM) So is there an easy/free and hopefully legal way of doing this without making my PC crash?

Thanks!

Cool

If there is another program that I can use to do multi-tracked audio in conjunction with Reason 3, please let me know

um, theres a tab on trackations plug-in's which reads 'enable rewire'. you dont actually have to run rewire as a programme.

click rewire>choose device>reason3>selectchanneloutputs>launch editor

id use fruityloops [host] rewired with reas3 if you're having trouble with this.
