| | Problems with bass guitar I need some help...
I've had my bass guitar since November 2005 and it's been fine up until a few months ago. I plug it in and it makes on sound at all. Yes, I've checked the amp and the lead wire - both work fine with my sister's guitar. But my bass remains silent |

| | | Take it to a guitar shop to get it fixed unless it is a cheapo. Then you might need to get a brand new one. Sound like the internal wiring is fucked. |

| | | maybe not, i had the same problem once and all i had to do was replace the wire plug thing.
Since it´s so new I´m sure if there´s a problem they will fix it without charge? |

| | | Open it and see if the wires have become unattached.. then solder then back on. That's what I did to mine anyway.

| | | I've had this problem with my guitar amp and it turned out to be just solder [sp?] joints so take it to the shop or open her up yourself with a soldering iron if you're game. . | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
