Yeah, but only the LE version.

Pro:
Flexible.
Can rewire anything into it because Steinberg created the rewire protocol.
Comes with good FX, you don't really have to download or buy more.
Intuitive interface.
I like the audio pool feature better than pro-tools.

Con:
Hard to use at first, in comparison with cakewalk/protools etc
No auto key commands- you have to create your own. Could also be a pro, but all other sequencers have all the same key commands. eg. ctrl+c = copy etc.
Personally, I don't like the way it drags and drops as compared to Sonar/Pro Audio

All in all, considering it was bundled with my Tascam US-144 then I'm happy with it, I wouldn't want to have bought it because I am a Cakewalk fan and long time user. I first got Cakewalk way back in 1998 and have used it ever since. If I was a mac user I would get ProTools LE + Digi 002 instead, though. But for PC my first choice is Cakewalk. Always.

I use cubase SX3.

I like it a lot. It does everything I need it to do, and most of all, the layout makes sense to me. Like I can actually figure out what stuff's meant to be, which is handy.

I'm no expert on PC software recording, but Cubase is good for me.

Pros:
Seems simple-ish to use
Nice mixer facility
Included plugins are pretty handy

Cons:
More features than I'll probably ever understand
Not 100% retard-proof

I also tried a trial/lite version of Ableton Live 4, just about the same time as I got cubase, and to be perfectly honest, I was totally frickin lost in Ableton, where Cubase just kinda made sense to me.
