i've heard of this, but asking for your animal spirit guides. does that happen to you as well? idk if they appear to you in a body or not.
the way you described the setting is really good, even w/o the guides, it's good for meditating, to imagine that scene.
i hold and concentrate on a flower, sometimes. if i can do this w/o worrying about getting in trouble, i love to go up to the roof with my mat & look at the sky.

or do it in the park.
