I don't know, I don't believe in curses, but my family situation is really weird.
My grandmother just had a small heartattack recently, and she got chest pains yesterday, it was nothing, but she's in the hospital right now.
Well I had a talk with my mother and her best friend, it was really sad and worrying.
My grandmother is really a great woman, smart she achieved A LOT, in her highpoint she was mayor of Panama city, in the 80's. My mother's best friend worked with her.
Long story short, she was friends with this asshole from hell, and he introduced her to this black man bodyguard and he has destroyed her. He manipulated her, he controlled everything at her expense and long story short my grandmother was impeached, imprisoned, went to trial was acquitted and lost all her fortune and political career in the process.
My grandmother got ruined and we all got ruined too. Now we don't have any money and my father is on the last stages of alcoholism, as in he hasn't stopped drinking for 5 months.
This horrible evil man is STILL working from my grandmother, controlling her life, even after all this ruin, he is still close as fuck. They are not in a relationship or anything but she is totally controlled by him.
My dad has threatened him and has had horrible fights with that guy, but that was years ago.
Now here's the kicker: he practices Santeria. And my mother said to me that she believes he has cast a spell on my grandmother and her daughter to keep them controlled after ruining their lives, and she's afraid he has cursed my dad because my dad has never fallen so low. He is DYING, he is in utter ruin, and she thinks he has cursed him.
I don't know what to do. It's all really weird. I don't know why he hasn't died yet or something.
Sorry for the rant, I guess I just had to share this, it's really haunting me right now, you know, EVIL, how evil people can totally destroy you.
I mean my grandmother has been very dumb opening up to such an evil person but she doesn't see it, I mean he has created her ruin and has made himself look like her only ally, she doesn't know all the backstage stuff, she doesn't and she was never open to the people who tried to help her, she just alienated them because of what this man said about them.
Today at the hospital room, the only people there were my aunt, my mom, her friend and my brother and me, NONE of the fuckers who used her as their meal ticket when she was rich and powerful, well NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THOSE FUCKERS did anything for her when she was in jail, or with no money,. nothing and now they are alone. All we have is each other, I think is so sad

magick is basically psychology. Your grandmothers case reminds me of brainwashing. Done properly this can be achieved in a matter of hours. There is only one known defense. To recognize the symptoms and GET THE HELL OUT!

What I don't understadn is that brainwashed people usually snap out of it once their lives have been destroyed by whoever is doing the brainwashing.
But that's not the case here, my grandmother is still attached to this person after 20 YEARS, she ended in jail, a 60 year old woman being the scapegoat of every fucking corrupt politican of the last 30 years, lost all she worked for, yet he is still a daily presence in her life and my aunt's life.
Their sickening obsession with this man is so low, that they've gone to the point of telling to their own family "don't make me chose between you and him because I'll chose him" it's that sick, and EVERYONE in the family has tried to make her understand that this man is no good.
When she was a mayor people would say that she was fucking him, I mean it was SHAMEFUL for everyone involved and still she wouldn't give in.
The family eventually stopped trying, and everyone just gave up.
Of course he is a total PERSONA NON GRATA to everyone else, everyone just shuns him but it doesn't seem to bother him.
Since I started working I don't go to her house during the day so I haven't seen him in months, I just pretend that he is dead.
I don't even know why this is getting to me now, everyone has pretty much accepted he will never go away, the brainwashing is way too strong, he destroys my grandmother on a daily basis and poses himself as support and a loyal friend so she is just in awe, but I still wish something could be done about it, I don't want the end of this to be her death or his death, I think we all deserve a happy life without such a horrible person in it, but I have no idea what can be done at this point. |

Right now he controls her thoughts. If you could convince her to take a vacation without him. That would help. But unless you are secretly holding a Dphil or PHD in psychology, you are not going to be properly equipped to deal with the consequences.
Another course of action would be to research this individual. Perhaps he has a skeleton in a closet somewhere that the authorities could use against him. Exposing his true nature should open your grandmothers eyes a little. To use a metaphor: Open a crack then shove a bloody great wedge in it. Make sure you have the wedge first. I can't understate the importance of good and thorough research. Plus if you start this, you must see it all the way through.

I'm afraid it all has been done. She's 82, where can I take her?? in fact this horrendous person got sick and didn't go to her house for like three months, and she didn't notice anything, I mean she didn't snap out of it.
I guess at this point it's futile.
And you are right with your last point, I'm ashamed of saying this but I've considered hiring a hitman to kill him, b ut then I come back to reality and realize it's not worth it, to ruin my life just to kill him, it's not worth it.
My dad has threatened to kill him before, that's why I'm worried that he has cast a curse upon my father in retaliation, it's not unlikely.
God, this all sucks. |
