Faith rocks! Miracles happen every day. I personally think too many things in organized religion are there to support the organization. I say, let God come to each on his own terms, do your best to live an example of love. Everything else is semantics.
Science owns too. I think it's a shame when people can't embrace both.

I do not discuss religion, just speak the word of the Bible. Jesus spreaded the good word too, and I want to be just like Jesus. I hear Jesus used to annoint people with cannabis oil. That guy is sacred.

Is this a parody of a mockery?
Umm...Jesus used normal oil...like olive oil

I've never heard one way or the other but what is not "normal" about cannabis oil? He created it didn't he?

some suggest the "fragrant cane" mentioned in exodus in the recipe for oil may be cannabis. no idea if they're credible suggestions

but i know of no prohibition on using cannabis in jewish law, and the stuff grows everywhere

well kesh, even though it may not have been against jewish law, many modern christians do not approve of the use of cannabis even in situations where it wouldn't get them high so obviously jesus wouldn't have used it. just like jesus was white.

Ummm...I don`t believe Jesus was white. I don`t believe he was a blue eyed blond...he was obviously darker....

I believe God gives divine health for those who genuinely ask Him and believe in Him. I really don`t care if someone smokes pot for their health, whether it gets them high or not, but I believe that God can restore us fully so for me personally I don`t smoke pot for any such reasons. I go to God when I`m sore or ill and He heals me cuz He is good all the time!

Jesus had a red beard. A healer would have used agents of pain relief. What more natural than cannibis?

Of the many ways, following Jesus seems to work for many. What has your path given you--or the world for that matter?

Christianty also says that if you're not a Christian you're going to burn in hell for all of eternity.

we're basically arguing the same thing. that guy apostle is the one who thought cannabis was a wacky notion.

I really don't have the desire to get into a serious discussion with you as it's always pointless, however, if you want to consider my path science, then I don't really know where to begin with what my path has given the world. antibiotics? computers? any number of things you use (not even just material things; I mean knowledge too) on a daily basis? enlightenment about the natural world? do I really need to go on?

Mary Magdeline planted and cared for poppies. This might give a clue to the medicinal healing properties of anointing oils used in death bed situations by priests and healers.

Olive oil is a good preservative substance, and a vehicle for delivery of herbs--edible, can be bottled and traded.

Right ... Because Christians don't get diseases or die of of illnesses because God is good ALL THE TIME and Christians of course are immune to all negativity in life.

ahhh... the quirks of the human mind.

why is it that christians never give themselves credit for ANYTHING? if you have healed, then the thanks are due to your immune system. give yourselves some credit people. you are stronger than that.

to me the real question is: why doesn't god get the blame for everything bad that happens if he is responsible for all of the good?

according to the apostle guy, it's probably because they didn't love god purely enough or believe in him enough or something. I don't understand how people can feel sorry for little heathens like that? they should have spent more time reading the bible and basking in god's love instead of going to kindergarten and playing with toys.
