Ghosts/spirits/questions/experiences

Please post any experiences or questions you have about spirits or whatever.

I myself have had some experiences with not only my mother's spirit but others. The house I live in now is a hotbed of psychic phenomena as the family is very "connected" with that realm.
We have light bulbs go out a lot, and I don't just mean go out. Sometimes they explode. My step-grandma and step-grandpa have heard knocking at their house several times. We have seen a ghost's feet (presumably this guy we used to know) walk by the window.
My half-sister is psychic and has dreams where she is visited by the dead, including her sister who died as a miscarriage. The baby was grown up by this point and said expressly that she was a girl named Nicole although my step-mom never named the baby or knew its sex. This was just after my step-mom surmised it was a boy.
My real mom also visited my step-sister in a dream and said she couldn't really see us, but she knew where we were by our auras, and then described my step-sister and step-mom's auras.
This is just some of the stuff. I could go into more detail but I don't know if anyone would care.

In addition to posting your experiences, please post questions/answers .
One question I have is, do you think spirits can read our minds or must we say things aloud for them to be able to hear us? Must we verbalize our thoughts or do they know we are thinking of them/what we are thinking about??
They can obviously communicate with us so how do we go about communicating to them? How do we respond?

Are they moved, are they motivated, are they inspired to look at the president or any politician as their only salvation? If they are, it's just a shame.

I had a light go out again.
And my stepgrandparents heard more knocking.

Does anyone have an answer to my question or any questions of their own they might want to pose?

im guessing you have a old house? which explains the noises (very common creaks) and you also have shitty electric wiring (common reason your lights go out and come on)

bitchgoddess is on a distinguished road
my husband would normally say, "when they are dead, they are dead!"
and i dont know, i havent really witnessed a ghost around the house, never even sensed anything. but everyone else, except for me and my husband, have seen one or more passed by them.
we live in my grandpa's house who inherited it from his parents, who must've inherited it too from their parents. its an old old house. people were born(not literally), raised, and died in this house.
a friend of my grandmother said that there are others who live with us here, most of them, she said, are girls. but i dont really know. my uncle often hear voices in the kitchen, and sometimes he would see a man walking to the powder room; sometimes he would run after that figure assuming that it was an intruder or something, but as soon as he gets to wherever that intruder went, no one's there.
my sister said that she saw a man, through the mirror, standing behind her. and this happened a couple of times. sometimes she would even sleep with the lights on.
so much has happened in this house. my grandmother doesnt even know that i know most of them. when i was a li'l grrl, i would ask her about how my grandfather died, she would just say, "he forgot to breathe." and i believed her so bad. but sometimes she would sigh and say, "oh stan, why did you leave me?" and i just couldnt understand. until one day, a teacher of mine in high school asked me if it was my grandfather who shot himself in the head many many years ago. and i didnt answer cause i didnt know, til i told my mom about it. then she told me everything. its sad. too sad sometimes. because of that one instance, everyone's life became miserable.
my mom is in the states right now. i live in the philippines. about 5 years ago, she had a surgery, she almost died in it, for 3 secs she lost her vital signs. but luckily she recovered. after a week more in the hospital, she went home. one night, she got up to get a glass of water. she sensed someone else with her, she ignored it cause she knew, just like when she was in the hospital, it was her dad watching over her. when she went back to bed, she left her slippers by her bedside, and when she woke up the following morning, the slippers was neatly placed by her door. it kind of spooked her cause she lived alone. but then again she knew it was daddy (thats what we call my grandpa). many other instances like this happen in our everyday lives. unfortunately (or luckily), i never encountered any of these... actually i dont want to.

gee, i didnt notice how long this ended up to be.
