It is possible to control yourself with anger but usually we need medication or therapy.

Mostly bullshit. I believe it is possible to lose control, but most people who claim they did are probably just lying. "I have no self discipline" is not really the same thing as "I couldn't control myself and thus please forgive me I didn't know what I was doing". TELL THAT TO THE PEOPLE COURTNEY HAS MURDERED.
