What do you think about severe hate for another human? How does wishing extreme violence and pain on someone alter you spiritually?
I'm having a bad day and from time to time I just visualize gruesome and ugly death on certain people. How do you recover from that in a deep spiritual way?

If you're a hateful person and you spend time with certain visions then either pick up the Satanic bible and hex the mutherfker or start to heal yourself now before you entangle yourself in a malignant ball of crap.

I think hate is a part of being human. Do whatever you need to get through it/work through it, just don't wallow in it. I suggest prayer or meditation once you're through indulging your I-hope-you-die fantasies and need to calm down. Some people channel their hate into religious ventures such as condemning those who are in some way different from themselves. Don't be like this. I think that deep down you know what you need to do to pull yourself out of this anger pit. Just acknowledge (and indulge, if you have to) these thoughts, realize they're part of being human, and move on when it feels right. If there is a God, I don't think that God is offended by such things. This hypothetical God constructed us to have complex emotions/reactions, and hate is one of these.

It's such a battle. It's such a conflict inside of myself. Hating and fighting with these people. It's like pride, I guess. Being sure that in our conflict, they are in the wrong. I can't seem to stop. And it does hurt me. It causes me more pain to hate them that it causes them, I know that. But I can't shake it and I think it's altered who I am.

I`ve never gone this far when I am in a bad mood or hate someone.
Think this destroys me and I never ever feel better after thinking or wishing all the negavitiveness in the world for someone..
I actually don`t hate anyone-there are only people who annoys me.

Hate is a odd one, It must not be unleashed needlessly, but sometimes it is the only emotion that works the magik

For me it is anger but not hate.

it's weird cuz before these people were in my life I NEVER ever felt this way about anyone, no matter now much they wronged me or how much I disliked them (dislike of a person just happens - sometimes you don't click) But I never had feelings of death and hate and would have been shocked at such emotions in someone else even. Something about these people brings this out of me. I mean I'm 25 and have never felt real hate until them.

i truly believe that violence whether in thought form or action is still negative energy and will direct you to negative spaces. it happens to me that way at least.

the only way i know to steer way from that is by meditating and allowing whatevre comes up while meditating to be let go. to let it ruyn through you. recognise it and let it go. know that your center does not contain that sort of energy and keep trying to stay in your center being
