| I think hate is a part of being human. Do whatever you need to get through it/work through it, just don't wallow in it. I suggest prayer or meditation once you're through indulging your I-hope-you-die fantasies and need to calm down. Some people channel their hate into religious ventures such as condemning those who are in some way different from themselves. Don't be like this. I think that deep down you know what you need to do to pull yourself out of this anger pit. Just acknowledge (and indulge, if you have to) these thoughts, realize they're part of being human, and move on when it feels right. If there is a God, I don't think that God is offended by such things. This hypothetical God constructed us to have complex emotions/reactions, and hate is one of these. |
