stop eating yummy brown bread because I have a yeast intollerance.
Beer makes me swell til I feel like the Michelin Man and it doesnt taste good to me anyway so I can avoid that one easily. Even the Bulmers I had last week ->

Anything thats fermented/yeasty.....ughhhhhhhhhh. My food sensitivities are getting worse by the year. I have to avoid even most dairy now, ice cream is ironically the only thing that doesnt make my stomach hurt. Cheese, yogurt, even alot of milk......all out.
Avoid stuff for my food sesitivities, its never going to last.
