Well this semester I wrote a bunch of essays on alchohol and valium. I just gave them a good read through after I typed them and got rid of all the obvious fuck ups, and turned them in. In the olden days, like first year undergrad, I would write papers weeded out, but then again I did everything stoned back then. Anyway, I have gotten good and even outstanding marks for things I've written under the influence this semester, so does that prove my claim at all?

doesnt prove much of anything to me really. you edited them sober, yeah? were there more spelling or grammar fuckups? or more lack of a point/going nowhere sort of fuckups?

No I edited them straight after I wrote them. Still drunk. Just fixing up obvious grammar mistakes. Maybe a few small changes here and there if the expression is not clear.

Possibly. But I still say that's a possibility independent of my ability to get high distinctions on drugs.

im not saying its impossible, just that i think its a load of crap.

seriously, most people couldnt do that well with it.

but hell, maybe there comes a point where you just get so used to being inebriated(how the fuck do you spell that??? seriously, someone tell me.) that you function as well if not better than when sober.

Drugs influence people in different ways. as William S burroughs said, "We all have out own high. "Doing heroin is a different adventure for us all". Some people can be positively affected by drugs. I usually shoot pool better when I'm drunk. It depends on your personality, dispositions and the mood youre in when you use the drug.

i'm a doctor and everything negative spoken about this drugs is wrong.

you can use as much as you want and they will not harm you.

when i've got a little drunk - or tipsy. when i've done drugs, though i'm not implying that i do it too often and i wont say what kinds..,
i don't feel enlightened. I do feel happy. But i feel myself, more than anything. The girl to shy to reveal herself. I spend my whole life being shy and scared to let myself go and tell people what my real interests are. i like drugs for the reason that i am myself more. and i do get very creative.

but because i like it so much, i try not to take certain substances too much.

if anything doing drugs has just reinforced the idea that my brain is basically a machine getting fucked with.
i can understand how some people can get into all that spiritual shit when it comes to dmt/ayahuasca and all that, even though i dont, but claiming to get anything spiritual off any drugs that arent hallucinogens is pretty rediculous

i understand, i don't really like getting stoned anymore but i remember when i used to thinking that when i go to uni and have to write papers weed will definately help. the way it effects my thought process & makes me more introspective & makes me think in a more analytical way, and just reveals depth to things that i might not otherwise see
i always kept this in mind - i will def start smoking when i have to do essays e.t.c

I do weed mostly for recreation. Most of the writing/music I do while high is total crap, so I usually just sit around listening to music and/or hanging out with my stoning buddies. Most of the inspiration I do get from weed comes after the high is gone and I'm recalling the experience. I want to try mushrooms, and would try acid someday...i.e. hallucinogens. I'd do it for recreation, inspiration, and "fun", but would keep my mind open for some kind of spiritual experience. I think if I took some sort of drug expecting a "spiritual experience" I'd get let down. I smoked salvia extract once and it was a complete letdown...I was hoping it would blow my mind and throw me into some alternate dimension, but instead I just felt very stoned and ended up sleeping with some gross girl I barely knew.

Pandora9 will become famous soon enough
I used to do heavy drugs for this reason , and I will tell you what! It never got me any spiritual closure. Drugs are not good for your soul I honestly believe this. It was a bad experience for me if you are at peace with yourself and found closure then the more power to you. With my experience being a total nightmare I will never try it again. Then again there is an old saying "Never say Never". I don't want to at least. Ugh
