What techniques do you use? Im finding it really difficult to clear my head completely (i have a lot of crap going on and decisions to make). I've tried the simple breathing and counting and it works but only for a few minutes. I used to be able to visualise really well but now i have problems visualising anything - i cant even see colours

Whats wrong with me? Is it that i have too much on my mind to clear it or maybe im trying too hard??
