I live beside the River Clyde, the main river that runs through the middle of Glasgow. I'm guessing someone fell in or something. There was a big ass search and rescue Sea King down at super low level with the spotlights on and stuff... these are some photos I took...

Gah, found out today it was someone who committed suicide

Falling into the clyde wouldn't be good. I knew of one guy who went in for a swim and had to be treated for about 8 million diseases afterwards and was kept in hospital for a couple of days!

Yeah, the Evening Times said they would've used them, only they have a policy of not writing about suicides, I guess to avoid copycats or whatever. The Clyde is a bad river, and yeah, i live right beside it. When I went to see what was happening, the helicopter was actually below my kitchen window!
