Run-down... yea... but it's also really sad that kids are that desperate to get fucked up.

They had to start using foam pumps instead of the liquid isopropyl stuff in hospitals in the UK cause drunks would come in and drink it.

there have been deaths on reservations here due to the hand sanitizers. they've been so worried about h1n1 and keeping clean that they forgot the sanitizers can be ingested.
