| | | I really like this show. And Nicki is turning into my favorite wife, even though she's a bitch.

She isn't just a two-faced manipulator, she has a lot of vulnerability. I also like how the show portrays the stress of having three wives. It doesn't just make it look like a big fuckfest for Bill Paxton. My husband sometimes just cringes at the sight of Bill getting put into the middle of the wives' crap. |

| | | I love Chloe, but I didn't warm that much to the show. Watchable, but not essential. I watched a couple of episodes and drifted away.

| | | i wantched seasons one and two on DVD and now i cant wait until season 3 comes out. im as addicted to this as i am to the l word
its so.... ODD. i love the exploration of something so outside the realm of typical human experience, i associate this deviance outside of society with things more like punk rock or art, and here it is, people with a belief system so pious and earthy being persecuted. what sort of harm are they doing? i know that compounds can get fucked, hence the 15 year old girl married off to roman grant, but owning a home, working a job and marrying two or more women as long as youre kind and good, whats the real harm? why does this fall so far to the side of deviance? why are people so flipped out about it?
im really glad i picked up these seasons. more more more!
i think margene is the most interesting character. but chloe is of course the best actress by far. by a mile. shes insanely good.
