I LOVE HER. Really, I think I went lesbian for that 2 or so minutes. If she wins Supernova is officially one of my fave bands. If not I probably won't give a shit about them, honestly.

I thought Zayra was interesting, though she may only be able to sing that one song in that one voice. She at least was doing her own thing like the last guy was- the one who did Rebel Yell. And, yeah, I liked Storm fine. I thought Josh was good, but not for the band.

I couldn't have cared less about the rest of them. Some of them were actually awful.

Really, only one of them could hold her own in that band.

I loved the Lithium girl. Delana? Was that her name? The rest of them bored me. I laughed at that one guy because his name is Ryan Star, like the girl from American Idol.

The best part of the whole show was Gilby telling that guy Chris he sucked oh and Newstead looks more and more like Lou Reed by the minute

i like the girl who sang the nickelback song, too bad she was given the suckiest song ever. she seemed to know her way with the guitar and genuinely talented in a lilith fair kind of way.

the latina was cute but i bet they only gave her props because she's hot.

i caught it from about halfway forward
the lithium girl was great - she completely commanded my attention without moving an inch
and the last guy that went and sang rebel yell was good because it seemed like he was compelled to move around

most of the others i saw seemed so calculated in their movements - like it was just an affectation - i like it when they look like they just can't help but move

and that awful stance that some of the women get when they squat down with their legs bent - they're trying really hard to look alluring but it looks like they're about to take a dump

many of them lost me right away just because of their atrocious candy-ass song choices

i watched it last night. i honestly liked the little girl who sang janis joplin and the guy who sang the black crows.

i liked the guy who sang the black crows, but only at times
like i dont like how he would adhis little smirks or whatever in every now and then, but for the most part he had a good voice

and yes i think they chose their own songs becuase the band kept saying 'why did you chose that song'

i LOVED how during that sucky guys performance you could see they all HATED it and Gilby just came out with the truth the guy suuuuucked

I really enjoyed the one with INXS, but I didn't really like the new version with Supernova. Maybe the novelty of it has worn off, but I also think the singers weren't as good as the ones trying out for INXS. No one was distinctive they all kind of blended into one, except the girl singing Lithium and the one doing Janis Joplin. Maybe a known band attracts more talented people, but I found most of the performances dull and amateurish compared to the people trying out for INXS.

i did too, but i swear they only picked that guy because he wrote that 'dirty vegas' song and they wanted to use it.

I watched tonight. I think they voted off the wrong guy. Phil sang stars and his vocals SUCKED! The other two guys had pretty ok voices.

The lithium girl did an encore, I wasn't so much into her as everyone else. She didn't sound good. Maybe it was the song.

Ok i'm watching the first ep on msn and I think I like Phil. I just didn't like his song tonight.

And that Jill girl, I think her name is, I like her.

I didn't like her cover of lithium. It doesn't sound right with her singing. And I'm not being a hXc NIRVANA fan. I thought it was hideous.

As for who they voted off, I think Matt, was it, was the only one of the 3 who could sing. And they voted him off just because he chose a Duran Duran song.

They need to be a little more open minded. After all they are just singing songs to get their vocals heard. They are not exactly representing the band Supernova and their songs as of now.

This is the first night I watched this show. I was bored, because I don't usually watch t.v. But I like listening to different renditions of rock songs, so I'm interested in watching next week.

What are other songs people have sung?
