The voice takes at least a full star off of the movie's rating, but I'll probably catch it on DVD, I guess.

It makes me extremely sad that cheesy, by-the-book Batman movies with bad pacing and horrible voices will be made for the next decade, but no one went to go see Scott Pilgrim.

The voice doesn't bother me that much. Certainly not enough for it to detract from the greatness of the movie in it's entirety.

yeah, she makes me nervous as well. i keep trying to be hopeful then I remember that katie holmes was in the first one and she was absolutely terrible. liam neeson was so awesome though.

I know, it's pretty unfair. Batman doesn't have nearly the level of attention to detail and general sense of mise en scene that Scott Pilgrim does. It's pretty unfair to try to expect it to measure up.

It really, really does. Like, every single word that comes out of his mouth takes me completely out of the movie and just makes me want to loudly mock the **** out of Christian Bale.
