SAW VI - (poss. spoilers)

OK, who here watched it and was anyone else here overall "MEH!" afterwards? It had a few truly wince-inducing, gory, suspenseful moments but very early on, did you sort of have an idea what the outcome was going to be when "Mrs. Jigsaw" hid envelope number 6? The previous films had that Jigsaw/Amanda relationship dynamic thingy to sustain the "SAW" franchise, but I thought this current film was a bit non-inspiring.

Any else here watched it? Comments?

^ Agreed, every time I see him, he still seems to be like that dopey, monotone cop he portrayed in "Picket Fences". I can see the whole "SAW' thing, like the Friday the 13th franchise, turning into self parody, there's really nowhere else for it to go now.

I SAW the trailers for this. I kind of like these films. a lot. I wonder what people will think of them when we're all old and crusty and these are our legacy horror films.
assface mandylor was crap in picket fences. at least he's better in this.

While it was better that II, IV and V it still wasn't that good. The first was good for originality but after that they just seem to be flogging a dead horse. Since I know this, why do I feel the need to keep watching them?
