At certain scenes, the whole theater went completely fucking apeshit.

i hated it, in fact, i can't even really judge it becuz my mother and i walked out of it during one of its sneak peaks at the Telluride Film Festival . i couldn't stand the people in it. i was like: "i hope a fucking demon kills these two homely idiots , let's go get in line for the new Herzog" and my mom was like: "thank god, this is awful" i can't be scared if i don't like the characters.

i was gonna make a thread about this the other nite, but thought i was gonna hate it.

i liked it. i actually did. i went with some pussies from the navy, & two of them walked out cuz they were so fucked up about it.

the ending was so predictable, yet so fucked up. i never jump or talk during movies, but i literally knocked my soda out of my seat and screamed the word cunt & bitch ten times when it happened.

what was the "real" story it was supposed to be about? if there even was one.

in my defense, i went thinking it was about dead ppl/ghosts. i can handle those faggots.

but when i'm watching the movie, they're talking about demonz & shit. i don't do that shit.

the omen. emily rose. the exorcist. all those can go fuck themselves.

See, the only horror movies that scare me are ones about the devil. I can handle slashers and I LOVE jumping out of my seat, I love crazed serial killers and I can deal with ghosts and what not, and they have no lasting effect. But movies about demons and what not are more unsettling to me than scary, and it prevents me from sleeping and doesn't let me have any fun
