Am I the only one completely obsessed with this show? Goodness knows why, it's the epitome of "non-threatening television" and is the televisual equivalent of hot chocolate and a big ass crocheted comfort blanket. I find myself narked if I have to work on a Sunday and miss an episode, but it's the sort of fluff where you can miss several episodes and not tax your brain trying to catch up.

This Programme Is The Best Thing To Happen To Television.

I quite liked what I saw (the first series, when I HAD a TV). I'm a bit costume drama happy for the most part. I fucking loved Little Dorrit, too.
