I feel kind of stupid posting this now because I just read in Heeb that this is Courtney's favorite show and my Courtney-obsessed days are long over.

But my Madonna-obsessed days are not. Did Madonna model her Confessions look after Valerie Cherish? Because the hair is identical and Valerie wears an awful lot of purple in that show. Or, as I'm hoping. Was the entire show a slight, subtle jab at Madonna? Washed-up star tries to connect w/ younger stars but is so out of touch w/ the industry and her audience that she keeps making an ass of herself? Or. Did Madonna perhaps see the show and thought it would ironic to copy the look? I know how Madonna loves to be ironic.

Anyway, since I know all of you guys love Madonna and most of you know her personally I thought you could perhaps offer some insight?

Anyway, this show is fabulous. I downloaded it the minute I saw a torrent of it. I think I hunted for the torrent for months before stumbling into it. Lisa Kudrow is so fuckin funny and talented. The show is vicious and the characters are so entertaining. A show that deserved more than its fair share of audience. Criminally overlooked.

i loved this show. my favorite episode is the one where she goes to Palm Springs to "relax"
