Hi. Does this mean you are looking for a version OTHER than the Coppola/Zoetrope version from the 1980's? Because if so it looks like you're out of luck.
It seems there has been this huge battle/feud going on between Francis Ford Coppolla and Kevin Brownlow over two different reconstructions of Napoleon, the Zoetrope version which is under 4 hours long and Brownlow's version, which is now over 5 1/2 hours long. Coppolla has attempted to prevent Brownlow and BFI from releasing a DVD of their version of the film or even showing it in the US, while stalling on a DVD release of the Zoetrope version.
