I know there are two African American panelists on The View. Everyone seems to be for Obama but pander to McCain/Palin too except Elisabeth Hasselback who is stringent GOP. Shes been back paddling a little lately tho on the whole Bush tenure. Barbara as far as i can tell from meeting her and reading her book is a Republican but in Democrats clothing which is OK with me. In her book the much acclaimed memior Audition she talks about sleeping with all Republicans I think. There is alot more to the book epscially her facsnating child life and family but she seems Republican. Im glad she has always been so comapsiionate to the gays, people of other religions (she really likes the Dalia Lama but I think she is athiest)
The View seems to be siding with Obama even though alot of canditates (expecpt Palin) hasnt been on (but she will be no doubt, probably near election in almost less then a month)
Im glad to see Whoopi and Born Again Sherri"Ive had more abortions then you can count" Sheppard going for Obama.
Im just afraid it will get whitewashed with an October surprise right before election time. I hope not.

Just a couple of things that stand out to me in regards to The View:

Sherri didn't know the earth was round.
Babwa saying "Us white folk will take care of you"

You can't take that shit seriously they're all fucking retarded. Whoopi excluded.

I only watch bits and bobs on youtube or when something 'shocking' or whatever happens and is posted on some blog or another, but Whoopi seems like the only decent one on there. That Hasselback woman is everything that's wrong with the world. I heard she was leaving 'The View' to become a news anchor lady.

Yeah Whoopi may still smoke, she seems like it some days. I wish Whoopi was more articulate though. Rosie was a good communicator and talked openly about the war. I know its election time but not once last year or this year has Whoopi anouced the death count like Rosie often did to raise awreness. Yeah Elisabeth is too whiney, I read that Babs is having a personality clash with her like she did with Star and Rosie. I love Joy Behar though. She is on Larry King alot now. They are calling her comeddienne turned Edward R Murrow and the Female Mark Twain (he did alot of social commentary)
Sherri is alot better now too, isnt pushing religion as much and not acting as dumb. She would do good in a sitcom.

Just because Barbara Walters sleeps with the GOP doesn't mean she's voting Republican. I mean do you know how many conservative dicks I've sucked?? Shit.

It has become a bit of an over-calculated disaster, though. When McCain was on with his sad, old, pill-popping wife, I don't think Elizabeth said much at all. Which, hey, fine by me. That bitch brings down the market value of an already low-brow show everytime she opens that disgusting mouth.

Elisabeth has had a few on air blow outs reaming out the cast for ganging up on her. They said she has a pretty package waiting for the taking at Fox news network for her if she severs her contract which she wants to do.
Twice this year they have had to cut to commercial cause of Elisabeth and both times she was reamed during the break and clearly evident during the next segment she was mum and eyes watering and biting her lower lip.
Miss Piggy was guest cohost for one segment of Hot Topics. I love Miss Piggy more then Kermit and hope she gets chosen as a replacement.
Seriously if Elisabeth is leaving who do you think would make a good replacement? I say Randi Rhodes.

On Monday and Tuesdays episode they had to cut to a commercial cause of Elisabeth. She is like the Republicans on Larry King, interrupt people talk over people. Both days when they cut to commercial they came back and did not talk politics.
I love Whoopi but she often timesw abruptly cuts to a commerical if Elisabeth starts spewing her republican crap instead of drawing out the time and extending it. I dont like the cut to a commercial approach on The View now. When Rosie was there it always seemed like there was resolve and then commercials.
I like Sherri Sheppard now too. She isnt acting dumb anymore or pushing religion like she was. She is likeable now. She even gets into with Elisabeth. On Monday Joy was gone and Elisabeth was sat between Sherri and Whoopi and both started pointing fingers and getting out of control with Elisabeth.
I like the old days when there was just one comendienne (legendary Joy Behar- they are calling her the next Edward R Murrow) a lawyer, a journalist, a person of color. Now its just Babs with a bunch of unqualified clowns. I would like to see it go back to the old format someday. Anyway Elisabeth may jump ship in the next year over to FOX where she belongs, better yet put her on the 700 Club.
