also depressing to see they didn´t have to change it much to make it look apocalyptic?

It opens here in the U.S. October 3 and I'm greatly anticipating it, due to both the plot and practically the entire cast

I spent my summer watching superhero blockbusters, so now I'm ready to get a little serious again.

im still debating on whether this movie is going to be worth seeing or not. its one of those movies that could be really really good or really really bad.

it´s seriously worth it
it does saramago justice
it´s just particularly freaky to me, because most of the city scenes are in very familiar places around where I work and live, and scenes of loads of dead people being eaten by dogs in places I have to walk thru everyday it´s just mind fucking.
But apart from that, I think it´s faithful to the book but it´s not for you to watch when you´re feeling like you have a weak stomach.
