I've just finished watching season one. Fucking brilliant show!

While I'm not all that fond of Anna Paquin, the rest of the cast was hilarious.

Lafayette and his 'AIDS burger' remark was too funny. Oh, and when Jessica first became a vampire. LOL!

i dont really like the fact that season 2 isnt coming out until the summer... i just watched the last episode and now im like 'ooooh here comes the wait'.

i think it just died at a certain point but we had huge rants as the episodes went on at thebeginning of the season. im kinda behind, been busy - but im intentioned to watch them all together during 'the holidays'

I was annoyed as well. The same thing happened with The Tudors...and by the time season 2 came along, I'd lost interest.

I've changed my mind about Bill...the last episode where he's looking for Sookie while he's burning in the sunlight was so lame I laughed my ass off.

However, I DO love Eric now.

Does anyone know when they are going to release this on DVD? I saw it on amazon for pre-order the other day but I didn't see date.
