| | I'm just going to ignore those videos for now...
On another note,
I don't see why A Clockwork Orange made the list.
I mean yeah it was violent, had some brief nudity, and disturbing content (i.e. rape scene, which was basically just insiniuated and not even shown - thankfully). But compared to other movies on that list, and a lot of movies that have come out in the last few years (torture porn, etc.). I just don't see it.
Maybe it's just cause of WHEN the movie came out..
and maybe our culture is just more accepting of this shit nowadays (considering practically ever movie/tv show you'll come across has some violence/porn/bullshit at some point). Whatever.

| | while the two clips posted from men behind the sun are pretty bad, there are far worse scenes in that movie that work on more emotional level.

| | | I have watched most of the movies on the list and some of them are in my top 20 movies.. Lolita and Clockwork Orange ( Which is in my top 5)
I had to put up the ones I had not seen on netflix ( not including the JFK movie and F9/11)
When I seen Most Controversial Movies I can not belive that PRETTY BABY didnt make the list. |

| | | Some copies of Crash (pervy 96 one) use the tagline "The most controversial film you will ever see!". That made me want to watch it, and I'm glad I did.

Anyway, despite the errors, I kind of like this list because they didn't just go for the movies that offend but listed those that actually caused people to converse. Though, I feel like the second lord of the rings movie caused more 9/11-related controversy than that United 93 movie did, but maybe I was just paying attention to the wrong stupid articles. |

| | | Sure it did, even without the quotation marks since I'm assuming the list is including religious types with the inclusion of Brokeback and Pope, but the books caused more controversy than the movies since they were, like, out first. Weren't we supposed to burn those books or something? |

| | | Fuck knows. I was just pissed off that an awkward hybrid of "The Worst Witch" and the Discworld series sold 200 billion copies and yet JK Rowling is still such a miserable looking cunt who seems to gain no pleasure from her work. |

| | | See now we're in territory I know nothing about because all I know about Harrys Potter is what I learned from one of the movies that I saw, but I don't remember which one. That and the author usually has uncannily greasy hair. I think. |
