I think someone should put in the effort to make a really good version of Through The Looking Glass. It's a good read too. | yeah, i agree. i guess "through the looking glass" doesn't sound as interesting as "alice in wonderland" does.
i wanna know who you would cast in that film, bort. |

| | | Since we need some twins for tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum....have the Olsen twins gain about 200 lbs. :-p I was going to say 100 lbs, but that would just bring them up to "normal" weight. Haha. What about Gwen Stefani as Alice, she played it pretty close in that one music video. |

| | Tim Burton begins filming on live action version of Alice in Wonderland | Mail Online Quote:
The weird and wonderful director Tim Burton has begun filming in Cornwall, with unknown actress Mia Wasikowska in the title role.
The 18-year-old from Canberra, Australia plays the lead in the live action version of the much-loved take which is being adapted for the big screen by US director Burton.
Mia will join a stellar cast including Burton favourite Johnny Depp, who will play the Mad Hatter.
Matt Lucas and David Walliams, the stars of television show Little Britain, have been cast as Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee.
And Burton's partner Helena Bonham Carter, who was seen on set, is set to star too.
It is due for release in the spring of 2010.

i'm gonna pass on this one. | LOL!
sooo true.
tim burton doesn't impress me.
the only thing "DARK" about his "GOTHIC" movies is the lighting.
nothing clever and new...
ZZZZ
and it sucks that he's probably going to ruin alice in wonderland.
but i'll have to wait and see. |
