| | | I've been stoked for this movie for literally 9 months, since news of it leaked, so OF COURSE they decide to release it on the first day of Pemberton Festival.
I can deal, though. I'll be seeing it Saturday morning in Whistler and shittin my pants every minute of it. Last september I downloaded the entire 9 seasons (because I don't have $300 burning a hole in my pocket) and seen the first movie twice.
NERD (but excited).
Maybe I'll skip NIN and go see this instead. |

i'll super exciting about this. now i know how those lord of the rings fans who dress up like hobbits for the big premiere feel.

All these long-drawn-out, "it's going somewhere, we promise!" plot-lines make me vomit, and Doctor Who fucked up bigstyle with that awful ending. |

I'm not that excited because its been too long since the series ended and the last movie and I can't even remember what happened last. They waited too long for this movie and its pissing me off. Someone should type up a quick roundup of the last senario before we go watch this. |

oh my god. I actually bought an extra ticket for myself because I heard it wasn't doing well at the box office. Still isn't.
It wasn't the worst movie ever but for The X-Files it was pretty bad.
I never liked the idea of a standalone in the first place (I prefer the mytharc) and all this movie does is dissapoint fans and not hold enough interest for any potential new ones.
Carter said this movie would have to do well at the box office for them to make a third one and now I am SO SCARED I am not going to get a third movie with a 2012 alien colonization conclusion!
That is like why this show still matters to me. I DO NOT want the series to go out with a whimper of this film and not see what happens. : (
If I don't get another x-files movie or a husband by 2012 Im offing myself. |
