| | | project runway five it starts in two days, which means its time for me to start obsessing. or it would be, had i not looked at the contestant bios: Project Runway: Bios - Season 5 - Official Bravo TV Site
is it my imagination, or do they all seem like total fuckheads who are trying way too hard? there's a guy named suede. SUEDE. for fuck's sake. and he DESCRIBES HIMSELF as "edgy, captivating, and alternative." please puke down my cleavage now.
but i am surely going to watch every goddamn episode anyway. |

| | | Yes. I must say Bravo has a way of captivating me. Whatever show it is I just can't stop watching...even the re-runs.
I like Project Runway. I like watching what people can do with their hands. I mean, that shit is talent. I also like Top Chef...Flipping Out is good and so is Kathy Griffin but she tries too hard. |

| | | each successive season seems to have someone trying to outdo the previous season's "bad guy". it's become really annoying and is the reason i hated jeffery and christian. i complain but love the show too much to stop watching. |

| | | how did i just know "suede" was going to talk in third person?
um, i'm kinda pissed now. i agree with vacuum bag lady winning. but seriously, you're going to send home someone who actually put together a two-piece, detailed outfit (even if it was a little weird looking), rather than someone who fucking sewed garbage bags together and it looked like total hell?
i mean i did know that was what was going to happen, because they showed her freaking the fuck out so much throughout the show and saying over and over that she was going to get cut. that's usually when you're know they'll be safe. blehhh.
okay but i'm going to stop being pissy now. because some of them i really liked more than i thought i would. so i think maybe i will like this season after all. maybe. |

Oh God i know, I happened onto the show during re-runs of the first (?) season or sthg. I complain too. lol But am fascinated almost against my will. Heh.
But re the "Outdoing all previous asshole-ism competitors" bad-guy thang?
Huh. Really ? I guess I can see that in a way, but I would definitely have picked Santino as the "Badder than thou so THERE!" asshat vs Jeffery.
Loved a lot of what I saw of Danny D -- I thought he showed impeccable, IMPECCABLE clothes in that season's fashion wk .
Chloe's win = colour me taken aback.
And Christian? Ahahahahaha A little sassbox for shure, but was sorta a doll imo, after all the initial bitchslapcrap attitude warz had finally simmered down. I loved it that he would tear up and cry with joy. :awwww: I did keep thinking "Omfg this kid is only 21 years old; SHIT!! Look at this TALENT!"
Wouldn't y'all dearly love to have access to all the edited scenes? Bc I mean.

A capitalist is a Nazi that doesn't really want to kill but can't.

| | | I used to think that the ill sees girls for their body, but no the patients see girls because of their hearted brain, and the money they make with it going through life on the earth, without taking shit the wrong way for the boys. |

And it's their own fault. When you steal someone's own life to any extent it means you don't care, and you're left without it. Because brains matter. Chas is trying to improve his brain, but only because he loves you. And he won't admit it to the ill because he's on God's sympathy. |

| | | I haven't seen this. My rommate has been telling me what it's like to work behind the scenes. Heidi sounds funny. Plus she brought home the judges cards one day. I was very amused by them (they were Michael Kors')

I would lurrrve to see the judges' cards. :jealous:
Lucky lucky lucky!
And micheal Korsis so often unintentionally (?) funny.
Chyia the envious
P.S. I swear that half the time I didn't think the judges could possibly be writing anything rly very substantive on those cards -- not like a full-fledged "score" anyway. But then, yanno, EDITING ftw. |

| | | okay well i want to talk about it even if its just to myself.
i kinda like the little gremlin guy who's obsessed with tanning. he's annoying but also quite funny sometimes. i know people like that irl, and i i'd like them a lot better on tv. oh and i don't really care for his designs.
kenley is also someone that i like on tv but would hate irl. i like her work most of the time, and i was really happy about her loling at judging when daniel said he had great taste. because i hated daniel and his sweaty snobby face.
and if anyone is a fan of the show, can we discuss this moving to lifetime thing? i'm scared. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
