It was wonderful. I'd say it's underrated.
Jason Shwartzman is becoming one of my favorite actors. There's somthing I really like about his roles...I don't exactly know what it is. |

Juno's dialogue was only made worse by the fact that I hear it quoted by people I'm walking by on the street. Still.
I rented American Gangster with my mom, and turns out it's a pretty good movie to watch with a mom. It was pretty exciting and, well that's about it. It kept me interested despite the fact that it didn't offer up anything I hadn't seen in a movie before other than this particular person's biography. It was not very well acted by either lead, BUT I thought the extra bonus bit on disk two about the real Frank & Richie was worth watching. |

funnier than the usual gay movie. the dialogue was hilarious.
bright young things
entertaining. i don't usually like movies about high society partygoers and when it's high society of prewar england, more so. but this one was tolerable. |

witty dialogue. it comes off as a very light fare though. but i guess, it was all along. the rest of the cast is irrelevant. rupert everett's charm steals it all. |

you say it is underrated??? it was a big indie hit, and it is widely critically acclaimed. and it is what jumpstarted bill murray's career again.
i do agree it is wonderful. and Igby Goes Down is great. that is a response for whoever posted about it. you can never judge anyone based on the amount of money they do or don't have. in igby's case. the amount of money his parents had. |

It was good...but not Amazing...
I feel like a dick for not even crying.
Alot of people made such a big hype about it....
I guess in a way I was dissipointed.
Oh, and Sandler's accent through out the movie annoyed me....someone else could have definetely played his part better. |

I think it deserved more than two stars. I actually found it pretty excellent....not much more to say. The main guy was damn attractive.
I saw American Beauty for the first time in years...I'm talking almost a decade...I forgot how amazing it was. Re-watching it has made it leap to being one of my favorite films. Everything about it was so poetic....the film almost had no flaws. |

| | | watched persepolis the other day. i'd been anticipating it so much, i was worried i had built it up too much. well, i was right and wrong. i ended up liking it a lot, but not at all the way i thought i would. i figured i'd like it for being sort of complicated, and ended up loving how simple a story it is. |
