| | | Some kind of zombie thing who the fuck knows...or some kind of disease, killing people. Who the hell knows?! He really turned me off after going to see The Village, the previews advertised a scary movie, and I liked Signs and it ended up being a bore-fest, and don't worry, I won't ruin the ridiculous "twist" in that movie.

| | | It better be something fucking fantastic because it's his FIRST R RATED FILM.
Hah. I'm always up for some Mark Walhberg. And I really enjoyed Signs, The Sixth Sense, and Unbreakable. |

| | | All I know is that with each subsequent movie he directs the "twist" has gotten worse.
After lady in the water I'm not even going to spend $3.95 to rent the happening. I might watch a pirated copy but that's all. |

| | | the only m. night shamalyan movie i've liked is that one where there were beasts in a colonial village in Virginia or something, and then it turned out the beats were actually townspeople, and that the colony was actually some remote cult located adjacent to a national park, and the whole society was living in colonial times because the parents were all victims of violence, and wanted to protect their kids by living in the middle of nowhere?
i think the rest of them suck.
but i'm really creeped out and fascinated by the trailers for this one. it gives off the vibe that there's a political twist or some sortof moral message relating to society, underneath it.
the problem is you have to see these movies right when they come out, or assholes ruin the "twist" for you. |
