i thought the show got better once Shannen left the show cos i felt they focused too much on her and left the others out. I love Piper. She was so sweet. |

With Charmed every episode was easily digested. It was greatly acted with such a hint of comedy. It never ever took itself seriously unlike Buffy. |

plus it did have storylines lasting longer than "a few eps". The Source, Andy's confusion over The Charmed Ones, Piper/Leo/dan love triangle, Piper and Leo trying to stay together, Phoebe and Cole, etc.
season 7, while somewhat better than 5 & 6 was still crap. i mean, w00t, there's a ratings boost, let's get the one with the biggest tits naked and put her on a whore and use Lady Godiva as an excuse.
season 8, lets introduce Maggot Neck so that we can fire Brian Krause about halfway through, then bring in her Sssssecretly Evil Ssssissster who holds her s's on forever and a day. and while were add it, lets kill continuity til there's no end and make every minute shitty until the lsat like 2 minutes of the show. EVER.

Season 7 didn't get a boost until Billy Zane joined the cast. (and Julian returned for a guest spot after which the ratings tanked again)
Season 8 was godawful, the worst rated season ever.
The blonde bimbo caused Brian Krause AND Dorian Gregory to be sacked. (people forget Morris, but he had some of the best lines)
I hate her with a passion, I laughed my ass off when she vanquished her own fucking sister.
And when she was crying about it, it was awful.
The finale was cheap and stupid.
In "Kill Billie vol 2" they had the big battle they had been training for for 8 years.
It took 1 minute.
The training was harder than the battle.
I hate Kern with a passion.
Thank god I have seasons 1-5 on DVD.
