| | | Movies So Unwatchable You've Walked Out On Them: Or DVD's you've shut off in the middle of. (did I word it correctly? )
I saw this poll on the internet last week. I was shocked at some of the answers, but I prompted me to start this thread here on KR:
For me, it was (the most recent movies)
CRASH! This self-indulgent, judgmental (SHAME ON ALL OF YOU MOUTHBREATHIN' CRACKER RACISTS!!) piece of tripe got on my last nerve, but when we actually were able to GUESS the stereotypical blackgirl name of one of the black characters before it was made known to us...we were done.
honorable mention goes to:
BLACK DAHLIA: (or whatever it was called) That scene w/Scarlett and Josh clearing the pot roast and mashed potatoes so they could do it on the dinner table was so over the top and shitty, I would've walked out but I was my daughter and her then-boyfriend's ride home. Dammit. |

| | | The movie Strays-written, directed and starring Vin Diesel.
It was on the new release wall so I thought it was new.
Turns out it was made in the early 90s.
It's like swingers if all the characters were brain damaged.
Didn't turn it off halfway. Paid for it so made myself watcht the whole thing hoping it would get better. Never did. I want my two hours back. |

That movie was such a joke.

| | | Dreamcatcher - has anybody else seen this shit?? It made no sense at all. The only redeeming feature of it is that the aliens burst out of peoples asses. |

| | | Ciao! Manhattan, AND I rented it on VHS. It was so agonizing, Edie Sedgwick was just so brain damaged in it, it was very sad.

| | | I know there are a few I've turned off but I can't remember any.. The first and only time I've seen lots of people walk out of a film at the cinema was Dogville, a steady stream of people left at each chapter. I stuck with it until the end though I'm too cheap to leave after paying. |
