I'm very surprised that Anya lost. VERY surprised.

But I like Whitney and I always have. She's beautiful and her covergirl shot was breath-taking. I'm also really happy a plus size girl won, Top Model always acts like they encourage full figured girls to chase their dreams and yet the big girls get kicked off before they even go abroad. So I think this was cool.

I'm quite disappointed. their choice is so typical it hurts. So okay they really NEEDED a plus sized model to win at least once, and altough Whitney wasn't the one with the most personality, but the blandest stare and i mean a pretty face, she was the perfect choice. I'm REALLY disappointed. Let me just say, someone will get rich off of Anya, she's the most amazing and beautiful girl to ever even walk in the competition. they're fawking retards.

You're not freakishly obese, girl; you're like 6 ft tall & a size 10 tops? What girl hasn't received back-handed compliments from other bitchz anyway. I doubt anyone made fun of her for her weight her she's generally pretty in a very boring way and she's very average size for an american girl. She looks like she stepped out of mean girls. I wish they kept her hair dark at least, she looked a bit better.

I was cool with Whitney winning. I think that if the win was legit and had no agenda, (like the plus-sized model being scheduled for the win anyways), it was simply due to Anya's fucked-up speech.

I just thought it was quite odd how they basically announced the winner and pretty much kicked Anya to the curb. Did anyone else notice that? No nice little goodbye or anything. Was it just me, or did it seem a bit cold?

I think Anya will fare alright anyhow. She's a beautiful girl. She just needs to not speak too much.

Anya just has an unusual accent, she talks well, I think it's very closedminded of them if that is the main reason for not choosing her.

I don't even think that Anya's English is that bad, that was just their excuse for not picking her to be America's Next Top Model so they could pick Whitney. Tyra wanted a plus sized girl to win so that she wont look bad, lame.
I'm not against I plus sized girl winning at all, I just think the winner should be the most deserving girl. Oh well I guess, it's fucking television.

Obviously they want an "all-american" girl-next-door type. That would explain why Saleisha the bowl-cut mushroom tard won last season, too.

This show needs new sponsors. But I'm not going to watch it anymore so whatever.

I agree. Chantal was the perfect California sunshine blonde. CariDee is my fave ANTM winner, but she brought a different energy and was a different kind of blonde (if that makes sense). CariDee was totally glam.

Anya had such an annoying way of speaking...I would send her to a speech therapist.

Salesha was chosen because she captured the Rhianna look of last year.

Both Chantal and Salesha were bland and just awful. The whole season was. A runway show just for tyra & the jays?

I loved Caridee. Yeah she may have been my favorite, too.

That cycle was horrible. It's the only cycle that I actually stopped watching after a few episodes it was just too boring. I caught up with it when they had it as a marathon on MTV.

I liked the twins from cycle 7.
