and, its just not me either. i cant really read a reviews page without someone saying something about their service. one of the last movies i rented was "capote", and when i went to the reviews page, i saw this:

with the overwhelming majority finding it "helpful".

recently, ive noticed that it takes at least three days for them to "receive" my movies, even though i live in a city where a distribution center is located. i know this isnt a postal problem because ive been a customer for years and sometimes, my movies were received the same day. ive also been trying to instantly upgrade my account for a few days and finally called customer service. they told me that after half of your billing cycle has passed, youre not allowed to upgrade. so, basically, youre stuck with whatever plan you chose at the beginning of the month, even though they state, "we offer a wide range of plans to suit your movie watching needs. we encourage you to try out different plans and find the one that fits you best!" right on the upgrade page. they used to allow instant upgrades at any time during the billing cycle. i know because i used to upgrade as my "moving watching needs" changed a lot.

after 4+ years i cancelled my membership. about 2 weeks ago.

i've decided redbox will suffice for the time being.

About a month ago, I had to report one movie as missing 4 times and finally got it after 3 weeks, and it was cracked in half. At the same time, I had to report another movie as missing twice in a row. Then when I finally got that one, it was the wrong disk. I dunno it was a mess. I'm not sure if it was the mail or the netflix, but my neighbor seemed to be getting her netflix just fine.

Netflix is working okay for me but not perfect. Some of my movies are on short or long wait, but they're taking fucking forever.

And at least 1 out of every 10 movies I rent are scratched to shit. I was so excited to watch Sherrybaby but the whole fucking movie didn't work because of scratches. I mean, it would be one thing if it was one movie, but the same happened with Chasing Amy. Couldn't finish the movies. Shouldn't they be getting rid of scratched discs?

oh, yeah. i know people who use that, but i dont think its called the same thing. i would end up renting one and owing $2349324094 in late fees, though.

Netflix doesn't ship on Fridays now? I don't like this. I looked into Blockbuster.com, but their monthly fees are more expensive. I suppose it is the convience factor of being able to drop the films off at the store.

Personally, I like Greencine. It takes longer but I've never had any trouble with them.

I was toying with the idea of changing to Netflix because of the pricing and speed, but it seems more trouble than it's worth.

cala, are the titles on the website the only one's redbox carries? I assume they switch them around every so often.

It sometimes takes a bit longer, but I usually have my movies within 2 days of mailing them back. I am, however, pissed that they do not allow for MAC users to take advantage of the instant viewing. If anybody is bored and a member - send them a suggestion to allow it.

THIS bothers me more than the missing dvds. So, yes, email them.

i don't even get netflicks but they delivered a girls movies to me a few times in error...I placed them in the mail return to sender.

I just recently signed up because I heard so many good things, but I was supposed to get my movies today and I haven't gotten them yet. Maybe I'm speaking too soon but they already bother me

Okay I had problems with them before I moved. Then things were okay here for a while. Now I sent in my films Sat and still have yet to recive any. I did recive a feedback request so I'll note your annoyance along with mine.
