i can't believe there isn't a thread already??
i think this is such a rare thing - a truly interesting formula for a tv show. it's a bit like that quiz show with rob brydon but taken a step further.
and i fancy jason donovan??? |

| | | I am a HUGE fan of Ben Miller, and I think this is the worst thing he's ever done, apart from MAYBE the godawful 'Primeval'.
I have a big crush on Mr. Miller, too... |

Like Doctor Who, but with no charisma, shit acting and lots of dinoSNORES... (I tend to avoid anything with dinosaurs in it like the plague ) I've never watched the shit either, the adverts told me enough...
Silly Agnes, giving them ratings just to see her son's name at the end... Tut tut. Heh.
Have you ever watched 'The Worst Week of my Life'? It's the most underrated, GREATEST thing that Ben Miller has ever done... One of the best sitcoms of all time, yet not many people have even heard of it!
Mmmm, Ben Miller.
I kind of want to start a Ben Miller appreciation thread, but it's just gonna be me in there, so...
Oh yeah, and the very first series of 'The Armstrong and Miller Show', back in 2001, was WAY better than the current one!! |

the time when you just saw her ruuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnninnnnnggg across that beach as if her house was on fire and she just right randomly threw herself into the sand and sobbed for, like, 3.5 seconds and then err stopped, i laughed until i was nearly sick.
Moving Wallpaper is definitely the highlight, though! |

I have every single episode, including the Christmas special downloaded, and I recently watched them all in one sitting! The theme tune even gets stuck in my head at random occasions! *LOL*
It is one of my favourite TV shows of all time. Painfully underrated, and WHERE'S THE THIRD SERIES?
Peter Serafinowicz is a great comedic talent, but I don't find him attractive...
I wonder if there are any other Ben Miller obsessives out there? *LOL*
What swung it for me was when he was on Al Murray's Happy Hour recently, talking about how before he got into comedy, he was studying for a PHD in Quantum Physics at Cambridge University. Talk about a turn on... | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
