rik mayall

you know, i've only seen drop dead fred and quite a few young ones episodes, but something tells me that my life is seriously lacking in rik mayall.

can you british winners (or anyone else) recommend some other things that he's in (the imdb list is long and i wouldn't know where to start)?

thanks

I loved him in Bottom, All About George (both TV shows) and this crazy movie I saw one night called Guest House Paradiso. It's basically Bottom: The Movie. And it has Adrian Edmondson, Bill Nighy, Simon Pegg and Kate Ashfield in it too!

So is that movie any good? I bought it with Rocky Horror in a set for about $10, but still haven't got around to watching it.

find the soundtrack and listen to it about 20 times and get into enjoying the great 80s-ness of the songs. it makes the movie less painful to watch the first time. the first time for everyone seems to be a bitch and they hate it. but i would play the movie in the background so i could hear the music and the movie eventually grew on me. now i love it. i think it's almost as genius as Rocky Horror, but it's still a tad bit under it.

but great soundtrack!
