season 5 alice is fun. alice is probly the only one i've liked the entire time.

bette is just terrible. what a dumb, confused, emotionally stunted bitch. she reminds me of all the bad things about brenda from six feet under. she's about as committed to anything other than her art as courtney love is sober.

i really like bette & tina. only because i'm living out the straight version of this situation sans adopted black kid.

bette staring hopelessly into space just drives me nuts.
she had the same anguished expression for every fucking emotion.
i only like bette when she smiles, or talks. and she didn't really do much of either this season.

season 5 alice seemed overly self interested to me. well, toward the end. at the start she was alright. she always used to be the loyal fun friendly one.....
hopefully her + new lover will work out well!

OMFG!!!! I you so much right now. I was telling my boyfriend (cuz I geek to him about my tv shows) about that fucking deer-in-the-headlights stare that Bette has EVERY TIME she experiences any discomfort. The bags under Ms Beals' eyes swell up like a frog's gullet and her mouth drops into pouty, quivering jello. It's so fucking hilarious now because of its predictability.

PS. I just watched episode 11 of season 5. The big break up scene? I've gone through that... Where you're like, "Wait a minute, we can fix this." but the person is intent on doing the opposite for no real good reason other than to be destructive.
