I'm kind of pleased, because how could they ever better the original? No chance, imho.

I would have liked to see the remake actually, despite being a loyal follower of the original, I like Rose she's cute and I love her quote about 'rocking that shit hard' or whatever, it made me smile.
I think they should make it anyway without universal, Rose with blonde tumbling locks and a homo erotic angel next to her would be bliss!
