anyone see this movie? it just came out on video like last week or the week before or something.

i wanted to like it so bad because buscemi adapted the screenplay and directed it and i love him, but....

I wanted to see this at the cinema but I missed it. I love Buscemi but was confused about his choice of Sienna Miller. Was hoping it was going to be good...

i mean wasn't godawful. the direction and the acting were both actually pretty good. it was just... okay, it was clearly supposed to have this real bite to it. like you're supposed to be sort of shocked and intrigued by the characters, but instead they're just sort of confusing and inconsistent. and throughout the movie there are several "reveals" about the characters, none of which really work in the way that i assume they were supposed to.
