Well Yeah...I watch it. Of course I do! Yet another reality show that I'm addicted to.

So, I'm just gonna get down to it:

1. Off track a little here: I just heard the Heidi/Spencer "single" that they're gonna be unleashing upon the public. Oh dear god. It fully samples/rips off "Yaz's "Situation" and it's overproduced by David Foster and is just so blasphemous and I fear that they'll get away with it because everyone is too young to remember Yaz. and SPENCER RAPS. I'm serious. SPENCER FUCKING RAPS. enuff said.

2. It is frightening to me the way that Spencer controls that dumb bitch Heidi and the way they have milked their 15 minutes on this show...but the thing is, without them, that show would be boring because Lauren Conrad is duller than shit....and it's kinda creepy how HE'S always asking/talking about Lauren. EWWW.

3. How awesome is Audrina's (another dullard) boyfriend Justin-Bobby?? Oh my GOD!! Is he not the best poseur ever? So Fabio Jr.!! Plus, they've brought back Lo, who gets the awesomeness of the Justin-Bobby and I just love Lo in general. But Justin-Bobby needs to be on this show more for the comic relief. Pure gold that Justin B.

4. Has anyone else heard this? L.C. is a total bitch to others, for instance at her school, FIDM, she is really shitty to the other students and is not very popular among her fellow students or her "fans", or much of anyone. I've heard that several times from people. That she is very princess-like irl and not this sweetheart that everyone adores. I don't know if that's true or not, but it just makes "The Hills" all the more "M-E-E-Y-O-W-W!!!!"

So, I know this thread is lame and infantile, but I watch this show and I like the bitchy catfights and all that stuff. I admit it. Doesn't anyone want to share with me? Come on. Don't ya??

Yeah...I saw some web site thing that said the ring was about $700.00 ? Personally, the ring itself looked a bit tacky. Like something someone in "The Sopranos" would give their Gumah(?)s i don't know how to spell it.

Instead of being Heidi some unsized, HORRID ring, Spencer should have paid to have her hair dyed properly.

I loveee Lauren, Heidi is a dumb twat , Spencer needs to have broken glass shoved up his pee hole , Audrina needs plastic surgey and needs to stop nodding her head to everything Lauren says and Whitney is adorable.

everyone else is highly scripted, i think. and while i want to believe that people are good, and the writers/producers cast the characters into stereotypical roles... it's not true. some of them are just assholes, i've met Stephen Colletti (LC's ex, of Laguna Beach fame) and he was SUCH A DICK. he spit on my friend, and ate all our pizza.

Now THAT sounds like a typical rich little dickhead from the beach! Why in the world would he spit on your friend? That's beyond low.

Whitney seems out of place on the show, like she's almost babysitting the rest of them sometimes. She must be getting something out of doing it because she just doesn't seem very comfortable there. She's mentioned that she went to high school with Spencer, so she's one of the few real "locals" on the show, but she doesn't seem to want fame and fortune out of it....does she? hmmm.

Is it me or does Audrina look like her appearance has hit the wall a bit? She just used to look a little more put together or something...she isn't looking too good somehow. She seems nice I guess but not very bright. She better at least keep up her physical appearance.

OH...and one more observation. I thought it was weird how Spencer just took that ring out of the store and threw it in his pocket. No box, nothin'. If that ring was so nice and valuable, wouldn't you want to take care of it a little better? That bugged me.

I watched all of season 2 yesterday, in bed (fabulous!!!) and for anyone who has the dvd, or can view the first episode ... I completely forgot how grossed out I was at the sight of Heidi's arm when she is sitting in douchebag's car pretending to be knocked up ... girlfriend needs a laser treatment asap. She's a fucking ape.

It's "semi-scripted". I recall when Laguna Beach first started, that it was so boring that MTV had to spice it up, hence why everything seems so staged and dramatic (ie addictive). I hated hated hated Laguna Beach when I was in college and watched every last episode like it was my job. I hated it so much I bought the DVDs.

God I'm shamelessy into season 3 right now and i looove JB. Did you see on the aftershow how they said he does hair for vogue and stuff? wtfffff. love it though

Kristin Cavalieri spilled the beans on it all in an interview...she said that it's all BUT totally scripted. MTV would have the kids call them and tell them for instance: "hey, I'm gonna meet Steven at the Beach" and they'd tell her to talk to him about breaking up....then they'd be sure to be there and film it. If it didn't come across well, they'd "advise" the kiddies to "spice it up".

Or, MTV would "put together" rivals at scenes who would ordinarily not be around each other at certain parties, restaurants, etc. A lot of the times, the kids' PARENTS would be right there, sitting at the next table over in a group watching the whole thing being filmed.

I wonder if he fucks the clientele and burps in their faces?? I swear, that guy is awesome, and Audrina is dumber than dirt. Lo needed to be in on that "date" thing. Lauren couldn't handle that at all.

Ok, Spencer is such the future domestic violence guy, is he not? Controlling jerk, and Heidi is the perfect little victim. Those two are made for each other! I think that if the cameras weren't on, we'd be hearing about Miss Heidi washing up on shore piece-by-piece right about now, while Spencer is mastering the 28th level of Centipede, oblivious to it all.

I've gotta say however, I woulda been stoked if someone brought home a real live "Centipede" machine to my house! I love, love LOVE Centipede!! The only problem there would be is teaching me to share the game with others.
