- she's been crazy from the beginning.
- again, in the play she stays with stanley. for the movie, she didn't go back coz she got mad at stanley for what he has done to her sister. (sending her to the mental hospital etc.)
- oh how i'd like that...

i just got it today from netflix. his accent kinda irritates me but i like it so far. i'll let you know | aah i thought so. damn those 40's people tiptoeing around everything. I mean it WAS fucking new orleans for christs sake.

blanche's husband, who killed himself, is a homosexual. i think he killed himself coz he wasn't happy with blanche and wanted to suck cock instead. you don't see any indications on the movie but in the play, blanche says to mitch that her husband was happier with men. there's homosexuality at almost every tennessee williams play. |

Anyway. I LOVED Kowalski. LOVED him. I was so happy when that twitchy bore Blanche was carted away. Yes, she was definately having sex for money in the movie.
I'm glad to hear Stella stays with Stanley in the play. I made myself believe she goes back to him after the movie ended
