In the beginning I got distracted by all the places I recognized but by the end of the first episode I was hooked. We're wrapping up the last two episodes of the first season tonight.
Did you ever watch Homicide? I loved that show as well.

| | | season 4 somehow leaked on the internet. i just finished it last night. holy crap.
*SEASON THREE SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN IT*:
that penultimate episode, beginning with omar/mouzone's showdown and ending with their confrontation with stringer, is one of the best and most riveting hours of television i've ever seen |

| | | First, how the hell does the entire 4th season leak on the net? It hasn't even completely aired on HBO has it? Damn!
Oh and yes, my god, I love me some Omar. I knew by the end of season 2 that he and Brother Mouzone would hook up in some way. That scene was insane. At the same time tho I'm really going to miss Stringer.

| | | i don't have hbo so i'm not sure what episode has aired, but i'm very sure that the whole thing has not been shown yet. the entire 4th season was sent to television critics prior to the premiere, so i assume a critic leaked it or someone got a hold of it and leaked it.
i really am gonna miss stringer, his and avon's relationship became so goddam compelling, all those machinations and secrets. the actor who played stringer was so brilliant in that role, and the character arc was a real beaut.
srsly when the scenes with omar and mouzone i just kept screaming in bliss the whole time, so amazing.
i really love season four. i may say it's my favorite of the four. i love the kids. |

| | | Did you know that Stringer was British? I nearly flipped my lid. Brilliant actor.
