Hell's Kitchen Season 3

Just wondering if anyone's watching this... I think it premiered last week? And the first episode was re-aired tonight, before the new episode. So it's Monday nights at 9:00, on Fox.

I have nothing to say except that Aaron is a boob! The contestants:

Blue Team
* Aaron Song, 48, a retirement home chef from Palos Verdes, CA
* Brad Miller, 25, a sous chef from Scottsdale, AZ
* Eddie Langley, 28, a grill cook from Atlanta, GA (Eliminated on June 11, 2007)
* Josh Wahler, 26, a junior sous chef from Miami Beach, FL
* Rock Harper, 30, an executive chef from Spotsylvania, VA
* Vinnie Fama, 29, a night club chef from Milltown, NJ

Red Team
* Bonnie Muirhead, 26, a nanny/personal chef from Los Angeles, CA
* Jen Yemola, 26, a pastry chef from Hazleton, PA
* Joanna Dunn, 22, a chef's assistant from Detroit, MI
* Julia Williams, 28, a short-order cook from Atlanta, GA
* Melissa, 29, a line cook from New York, NY
* Tiffany Nagel, 27, a kitchen manager from Scottsdale, AZ (Eliminated on June 4, 2007)

I watched! That Aaron guy wouldn't stop crying. I don't like Joanna she's really rude and I don't get why they ignore Julia.

I don't like Joanna either... they snub Julia because she cooks at the Waffle House, it's so elitist! It was probably worse for her that Gordon gave her a relatively positive critique in that first episode. Aaron is such a sad-sack mess, he doesn't need anyone else to put him down, and of course no one would be caught dead being snotty to Eddie (the stunted kidney disease guy)-- I think they're the most comparable in terms of cooking experience. But, Eddie's gone. I didn't see it when she cried though.

I thought it was really unnecessary of Rock to sack Eddie right away, why not put up both Aaron and Eddie and let Gordon decide? It's not like Gordon wants to weigh the teams down. I just wonder what he would have done, though Eddie screwed up so badly he probably would have been eliminated anyway.

Oh I didn't see the second episode. What did Eddie do to get eliminated?!

Well are you sure you're not going to watch it next week? I think they'll still be showing last week's episode before the new one. But:

First Eddie made way too much spaghetti, then he ruined the risotto with too much pepper. Gordon had two major outbursts as a result... It was kind of funny with the spaghetti, he was just incredulous at how it kept coming out of the pot, then there was this big pile of spaghetti sitting on the counter. The risotto, he was screaming that it was inedible and that he wouldn't serve it to a "bleeping" pig.

Then it just got worse, the whole Blue Team was a wreck. Aaron had a dizzy spell just before service so Gordon gave him a break from the kitchen by allowing him to debone & serve the fish in the dining room, then Aaron was wandering around introducing himself to customers, really not working, and then the fish had big bones left in it. Josh undercooked the meat and unsuccessfully tried to hide the fact from Gordon... Finally Gordon threw the whole team out of the kitchen and the Red Team finished up their service.

Rock's stated reason for putting up Eddie was that he was "the little guy" and he might not be able to keep up, which I thought was lame. He could have just said it was because of 2 major errors. And I just think it was early to do "strategic" nominations... I mean, does he really think Aaron is so valuable that he needed to be protected from elimination? I don't think so... I don't see why anyone would want to keep him except they just pity him. Bleah.

Oh I can't wait to watch that! I wasn't sure I would still get the chance to see it. Its ok though it'll still be fun to watch. I thought Eddie was good? I guess just not that night. I would probably get rid of Aaron as well seeing as how he can't seem to handle it with the crying dizzy spells and what not. Oh well I doubt he'll last that much longer with the way hes carrying on. I just love how Gordon flips out. Hes out of control its so funny.

Well, it looks like they're back to showing the previous week's episode right before the new one, and I'm glad as long as they keep doing it... for some reason I can't watch it when they don't. So, tonight was episodes 4 and 5.

Melissa? I know she's such a stuck up bitch!! I wanted her kicked off! I was so annoyed when he kept her and just moved her over there. Rocks going to kill her on his team!! He already thinks she's fucking stupid. LOL!! I'm glad he's decided to put Jenn in charge. I like her more. Do you think Bonnie cheated with the taste test thing they had to do? Cause it looked like she did but I wasn't sure. The guys accused her of it!

I hadn't seen the latest episode yet when I posted before... but it could only have been Melissa! It's funny how she seems OK in her interviews, but then when she's interacting with people, she's so awful, it kind of makes me feel bad for her, but I'm probably just projecting.

I don't think Bonnie cheated the taste test... No good reason for me to think that. Except that if she really wanted to cheat, she should have just kept quiet and not said "I can hear you" to begin with.

Thats true.
Gordan's doing another show where he goes into restaurants and yells at the cooks and tries to make them better or something. The previews for it look good. I haven't seen it though. Anyone else?

Gordon is one the best things to happen to reality t.v.

I love this show and I adore him. I read in EW he was going to be a professional football/soccer player but a serious injury prevented him. Some how he fell into cooking even tho he thought it was for "poofs" He said the rush of being in the kitchen is really like playing serious sport so that is why loves being a chef.

I believe it's going to be an American version of his Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. I've seen quite a lot of them on BBC America and it's good, but I prefer Hell's Kitchen.
I hate the way they treat Julia. If anything, they should kiss her Waffle House ass for saving them so often. Those bitches cannot even cook eggs without her.
I cannot wait for Roq to choke Melissa out. Those guys will cut her if she acts all bitchy on the blue team, especially since they just figured out how to work together.

It made me laugh alot. I yelled at her too... well at the t.v but still. She does seem like a good cook (at least at first she did) just full of herself.
