I wasn't going to go and see this film after the disappointment of the first one, however i ended up going and being quite impressed with it, i thought it was fairly good.....bit gory.

I enjoyed it. It was obvious that they had a far bigger budget for this one than 28 Days Later, but I don't think that was to it's detriment. It was left very open for 28 Months Later or whatever the next one will be called.

Brilliant. Can't wait for 28 Centuries Later. I bet that's when the series will really reach it's peak.

ah yes we can always rely on squarepusher's sarcasm to lighten our day, though Im sure it would be 28 years, or 28 decades instead....

Well, obviously 28 Years and 28 Decades Later will come before 28 Centuries Later. I just think the writers have some genius twist that will only be revealed in 28 Centuries Later. Perhaps people weren't really infected with a virus at all, and the whole thing is simply supposed to be about man's inhumanity to man.

that would so piss me off.
It did when they said that Dawn of the Dead remake was some allegory on war or something.....jeez, cant you just leave it as a brainless gore-fest?

Things aren't allowed to be straightforward any more. Everything has to have some kind of subtext or underlying moral lesson.

I think him, the littl girl and the woman were rescued. They escaped to the country and I think it ended with them contacting someone to rescue them.

is it a 1000 times better than the first one? In that case I might consider.
Seriously 28 days later is one of the crappiest films i've ever seen
