This just made me remember a lost childhood memory. I used to have a picture of Michelle Pfeifer as catwoman taped beside my bed cut out of the newspaper, bottom bunk to be exact. What do you think this Catwoman obsession means? Just that we were destined to be homos I suppose. meow

The 90's comic version of her was definitely drawn for sexually arrested straight teens, however. She had humungous breasts, and looked like she was wearing body paint rather than an outfit.

i was obsessed with pfeiffer's turn as selina. i though she was purrfect. and the scene at the party when they realize the truth about each other. perfect. i even bought the little toy of catwoman. i wish i still had it.

I bought one, then in a moment of sheer insanity gave it to a friend as a present. I wish I hadn't done that.

Anyway, back to the topic, yes I totally wanted to be Catwoman. At one point I even demanded my maids to call me Catwoman when I was like 5 I think.


And then came Batman Returns, and that was it, there was no saving me. I was Catwoman, she possesed me. I knew all her lines, the way she talked, I reenacted the scenes with my brother, I mean it was GAY,


My favorite line is when she gives her "the kiss" and she says to batman: "it seems that every woman you try to save ends up dead...or deeply resentful. Maybe you should retire"


and who can forget, "life's a bitch and so am I!" and "who are you??? who is the man behind the bat?? maybe you can help me find the woman behind the cat"


and:

"I don't know about you miss Kitty but I feel a lot more yummier" or something to that effect.


I also went through my Poison Ivy phase after batman the animated series.

my chldhood obsession was abraham lincoln.. i recognised him somehow and i used to read his encyclopedia page repeatedly,
michelle pfeiffer was realy hot as cat woman though

I remember me and my cousins when we where like 10 or something and used to go to our grandmas house every saturday night...used to be gladiators, batwatch (lol) and then watch batman retuns every week.

and this was like every week for years lol...mostly just to watch catwoman of course.
accept for the odd times when we watched that movie 'the hand that rocked the cradle' instead a few times

yes, was totally obsessed with that batman returns catwoman.

i wanted to transform from a lame person into something kick ass like she did.

and then it was fun watching her sanity deteriorate. when i was young i thought madness was glamourous.

i loved batman when i was a kid
but im pretty sure that was at least in part due to my facination with catwoman.
