also:
- The Notebook
- Eternal Sunshine
- Me You and Everyone we know
- etc
don't get me wrong, I love these movies but they make me feel like utter shit because I've never experienced a great romance like in these films and I'm really scared I never will because i have such a hard time letting go and I always want to control things and such. |

I have a feelings the parts of the book that made me queesy didn't make it into the movie. I dunno- does some guy rape his 10 year old step son in the movie?
Someone mentioned Saw. It made me feel so ick. No fun at all. Same thing with Strangeland, but I also was getting the stomach flu when I watched it so that's kind of unfair to the movie. Maybe it gave me the flu !
And Passion of the Christ. I felt ill the whole time. Except for when Monica was on the screen.
Requiem for a Dream made me want to throw up and die. Yes, especially because of Ellen Burstyn's character's story. God she is so good. I liked this movie even though it made me sick. The other movies not so much. |

I'm trying to get through the movie Science Of Sleep right now. As yet, it's not sitting well with me. It's certainly no Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. And the lead character reminds me of an ex-boyfriend of mine in the worst sort of way. You know, that quintessential sort of ex-boyfriend who is addicted to painkillers, and drools on you during sex? Yeah, that one. |

I really want to see Science of sleep.

| | | I had to take a break during Last House On The Left because it was just horrible. Eventually I came back and watched the ending, out of curiosity, but it was quite an unpleasant movie.
Same with Bad Boy Bubby. I watched that when I was a kid and it stayed with me for ages and ages afterwards. I still shudder whenever I chance upon it at the video store. |

The ending of Pan's Labyrinth had me sobbing like a fool. It's a beautiful film with really good performances but I couldn't watch it again, it's just far too sad. The Saint of Fort Washington is another film that'll have you bawling by the end. It's one of Matt Dillon's better performances.

I was sad at the end of Jurassic Park, that Laura Dern didn't get ripped apart by velociraptors.. starting with her cunt. |
