I completely agree. So they can sing, so what?? who cares?? that's where it ends. What are they saying?? what do they stand for?? where is the artistry?? I think they are completely bland. Some don't even have good stage personas like Madonna or other people that don' have as much "talent"-
It's like Christina Aguilera or Mariah, seriously what do they stand for???? unabridged skankiness?
And the saddest thing is that people obsess completely about this lame *** no talent performers, just to completelty discard them once the competition is over, Taylor Hicks anyone??? seriously, who in their sane mind could think he had any talent or stage personality???
People are living vicariously, they love the vicarious excitement of feeling like the winner and being an American Idol, whatever that means. It's made of air.
