Why weren't any charges brought against the person or persons responisble for giving & or offering the drugs to River that night???? He or she could've been charged with Manslaughter, yes?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this brings up another celeb's drug overdose death- James Belushi's death (I think James) .. the woman who was with him was arrested & charged. |
