on a side note. i guess i am the only one who liked Kids better than Bully. though i would like to sandwich myself in between Michael Pitt and Brad Renfro. i don't think we are that far from seeing Brad whore himself off for one of those gay str8 bait sites where the crackhead boys give it up for some money.
No, you're not the only one. I liked "Kids" better too.

there was alot of homoeroticism in that movie! but i agree w/ most of the people who responded, I think it was just another way to control him. and maybe bobby was alittle sexually fucked up.

the real Marty however says that all that gay stuff in the book and movie is wrong and never happened. He denies any of that gay stuff. He says only 50% of the movie and book is true. And Donny says that he doesn't think it's fair that Lisa is out since she was the mastermind and he said he is in there for life when yes he stabbed Bobby first but his knife wound wasn't fatal and that the other guys slit his throat and bashed his head in and that's what killed him.

All the girls are out now and the cousin is out. Ally remarried and has kids. And Lisa is out and wants nothing to do with Marty. I don't think it's right that Lisa is out. Usually the mastermind serves the life sentence too! But she and her mother lied to get her off basically.

But I think one of the funniest things about the movie is the fact the hitman was acting like he was this huge gangster talking down to everybody and acting like he's in this huge mafia and saying "my people are what you'd call serious people" when it turns out his "people" were a group of 9 year olds.

Brad Renfro was hot and I think Nick Stahl and hot too and such a good actor. He looks nothing like the real life Bobby Kent too. The real Bobby Kent was Iranian and HUGE. He shot steroids and looked like he could really do some damage on you if he were beating up on you all the time your whole life.

Michael Pitt was just hilarious in this movie. He provided comedy at the darker moments. He kept saying "I didn't do shit!" even at the end when he was the first to stab the dude. He played Donnie as such a fucking stoner idiot. And that hot wax scene was hot!

meh, i didn't like this movie very much. and i'm a huge brad renfro fan. i watched the doumentry bout the kids in the movie, that was interesting, but...i guess it boils down to the fact that i dislike rachel miner. i don't think she's a good actress. although, that's purly based on this movie and sex and the city. so...if anybody has any suggestions regarding something she's good in let me know.

kids was way better.

I agree about Rachel Miner. I think out of the entire (stellar) cast she was the weak link. Everyone else's acting (especiall Bijou Phillips and Kelli Garner and Michael Pitt's) seemed so natural and real that contrasted to hers she just seemed very bland and wooden. And she had an interesting character to work with but her acting just didn't work for me especially during the stages when her character started getting all Lady MacBeth after the murder was committed. But even my dislike for her performance didn't take away from the fact that this movie freaking rules. And it really started to take off once the Donnie and Heather characters entered the picture. But I definitely still liked this movie better than "Kids". For one-I did like "Kids" but I really don't want to ever see that movie again however I can watch "Bully" over and over because I find the actors (except for Miner) and characters so entertaining.
